Penang International Logistics Aeropark Sdn Bhd (PILA) is a joint venture between PDC Premier Holdings Sdn Bhd and MA ELogistics Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad (MAHB).
Established on 4 November 2025, PILA was formed to spearhead the development of a modern air cargo and logistics ecosystem at Penang International Airport. Through the development of an advanced Cargo Terminal and Free Commercial Zone (FCZ), PILA aims to strengthen regional connectivity, enhance trade competitiveness and support sustainable economic growth across Northern Malaysia.
