Penang International Logistics Airport Sdn Bhd (PILA)
Penang International Logistics Airport Sdn Bhd (PILA) is a joint venture company between PDC Premier Holdings Sdn Bhd and MA ELogistics Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad (MAHB). The company was incorporated on 4 November 2025 to spearhead the development of a modern air cargo and logistics ecosystem at Penang International Airport.
